Phylogenetic tree of SKOR proteins from different plants. A maximum likelihood (ML) tree was constructed by multiple alignment of SKOR proteins in purple osier, Arabidopsis, rice, maize, soybean, tomato, grape, peach, apple, and poplar using the ClustalX2.1 and MEGA7.0 software.
