Seismic profile BGR99-46. A BSR is patchy distributed (black bars) from the Middle American Trench (MAT) to its outcrop at ∼600 mbsl. The oceanic crust is characterized by a horst and graben structure. The margin wedge is strongly disrupted. The large slide mass, the surface erosion, and the mud mound are also marked on the bathymetry shown in Figure 2. The dashed box is the close-up shown in Figure 6.
