A JNK inhibitor protects the E47 cells from loss of viability produced by TRX knockdown. The E 47 cells were incubated with and without 5 uM of the JNK inhibitor L-JNKI1for 3 hours followed by treatment with the indicated siRNA for 48 or 72 hours.
