US image demonstrating a well-circumscribed hypoechoic lesion. (b and c) Noncontrast and arterial phase T1-weighted gadolinium enhanced MRI demonstrating a hyperenhancing well-circumscribed lesion in segment 4. Splenic siderotic nodules are an additional feature of portal hypertension.
