Values are mean ± SD or number (%) of patients. Impaired glucose tolerance was defined as fasting blood glucose ≥ 110 mg/dL, and dyslipidemia as plasma triglyceride ≥ 150 mg/dL and/or HDL cholesterol <40 mg/dL.
