The pressor response of lower dose of aminopeptidase A (APA). Wistar-Kyoto rats received icv administration of 200 ng of APA following treatment of aCSF () or each blocker. The pressor response of lower dose of APA seemed to be smaller in 800 nmol of amastatin () than in 80 μg of telmisartan () or 1 nmol of HOE-140 ().
