Efficacy of Diltiazem for the Control of Blood Pressure in Puerperal Patients with Severe Preeclampsia: A Randomized, Single-Blind, Controlled Trial

<div>Mean blood pressure based on measurements of blood pressure with data sampled at 6-hour intervals for 48 hours, showing that both drugs lowered blood pressure.
