The citations yielded by the electronic search were screened by reviewing the title or abstract of each. 789 papers were excluded, and 92 publications were assessed for eligibility. From these, 62 did not suit the inclusion criteria and were excluded. Finally, 30 articles were included in the qualitative synthesis.
