Immunohistochemical analysis of Gb3 expression in HASTs. Immunohistochemistry was performed on HASTs treated with IL-1β. A condensed brown DAB precipitate was observed in HASTs. A relatively high level of Gb3 was detected in HASTs treated with 10−6 mol/L IL-1β for 48 h (a), compared with the negative control (b) (original magnification ×100).
