Effect of carbon particles (nano and micro) on DNA of THP-1 cells. The cells were exposed to 50, 100, 200, 400, and 800 μg/mL of carbon particles for 24 h. Equal amount of DNA (20 μg) was loaded on agarose gel and visualized under UV light.
