MICs: 1 = 1667 μg/mL, 2 = 556 μg/mL, 3 = 185 μg/mL, 4 = 62 μg/mL, 5 = 21 μg/mL, 6 = 7 μg/mL, 7 = 2 μg/mL, and - = no result.</div>
