Analysis of msrA1/msrB promoter-lacZ fusion in S. aureus COL in response to oxacillin. Bacterial culture was grown in TSB to OD600 = 0.3 and then exposed to oxacillin (0.4 and 1.0 mg mL−1, resp.) for 2 h.
