Heatmap and correlation analysis of the 22 bacterial genera found in both the vegetative and reproductive stages of flooded rice. The relative abundances of these genera in floodwaters associated with each developmental stage were log₂ transformed, scaled by -score, and used for clustering and heatmap analysis. Color intensity is correlated with the relative abundance of each genus in floodwaters associated with the two developmental stages, with blue indicating higher relative abundance and yellow indicating lower relative abundance.
