Validamycin A inhibits the growth of Aspergillus flavus. Aspergillus flavus ATCC204304 was cultured at 37°C in RPMI media in a 24-well plate for 18 hours. Fungal viability was measured by XTT assays at 490 nm. Amp, amphotericin B at 0.25 μg/mL.
