Antifungal Activity of Thai Cajuput Oil and Its Effect on Efflux-Pump Gene Expression in Fluconazole-Resistant <i>Candida albicans</i> Clinical Isolates

<div>Relative expression of efflux-pump genes in the U8/1 strain. The strain was treated with ½MIC, ¼MIC, and ⅛MIC of Cajuput oil for 90 mins. Using the 2<sup>−∆∆Ct</sup> method, data are presented as the fold change in gene expression normalized to an endogenous reference gene (<i>ACT</i>1) and compared to the untreated control.
