Skin
biopsy (x10 objective, haematoxylin,
and eosin stain) showing a dermal chronic inflammatory cell infiltrate with noncaseating
epithelioid and
giant cell granulomas. Although there are no pathognomonic features, this is
consistent with metastatic Crohn’s disease.
