Collet-Sicard Syndrome from Thrombosis of the Sigmoid-Jugular Complex: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

CT neck with contrast at three-month followup showing that a focal filling defect consistent with thrombus is noted in the distal sigmoid sinus on the right side extending into the right internal jugular vein up to the level of C2 vertebra. There is partial recanalisation of the previously thrombosed segment of the right internal jugular vein (notched arrow).
