The photovoltaic properties of miscut La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 films were systematically investigated with different bias voltage ( ) and load resistance ( ). The photoresponse depended strongly on and and was improved greatly by increasing and . The maximum photovolvaic sensitivity reached 62.5 mV/mJ. The present results suggested the promising potential of increasing and in high-sensitivity detectors.
