Intracellular localization of PS in DLD-1 and CaCo-2 cells. PS localized in lysosomes in both cell lines as seen by the merging red and green colours as pointed out by the arrows. In mitochondria, there was an indefinite localization pattern. However, the orange colour meant that there was PS in mitochondria, as pointed out by the arrows. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
