Working efficiencyTo execute work with the capacity for self-adjustment, active acquisition of new knowledge and techniques, goal-oriented work, advanced completion according to quality requirements, finding problems, and finding the right person to do the thing right.

Working qualityTo ensure that quality is the priority for the completion of work content, with the ability to fully control each factor in a workflow, with self-inspection exhibiting a high level of quality of work results.

Working spiritTo accept challenging work targets, focus attention, make good use of strategies, manage resources, and finish job tasks on time.
