Laser Irradiation Alters the Expression Profile of Genes Involved in the Extracellular Matrix In Vitro

Gene expression profile in diabetic wounded (DW) cells irradiated at 660 nm. Total RNA from nonirradiated DW cells and irradiated DW cells were characterised in triplicate. A fold difference >1 is considered as gene upregulation, while a fold difference <1 is considered as gene downregulation. Fold differences are indicated as upregulation (↑) or downregulation (↓). X denotes the nonsignificant genes in that particular cell model.
