Measured total optical absorptance of glass/a-Si:H (intrinsic) samples on planar glass and AIT glass. The intrinsic a-Si:H layer has a thickness of (a) 115 nm and (b) 270 nm. The structure of the textured sample is shown in Figure 2(a).
