SEM images of PEDOT:PSS film: (a) original PEDOT:PSS dispersion, (b) IPA-diluted solution ((PEDOT:PSS) : IPA = 1 : 14), and (c) IPA-diluted solution ((PEDOT:PSS) : IPA = 1 : 14) doped with 1% Zonyl FS-300 fluorosurfactant. All PEDOT:PSS films were deposited under the same temperature at 130°C with a N2 flow rate of 10 L/min.
