IV curves of optimized bulk-doped (a) and thin-film (b) LSCs and reference cells. Open circuit voltages and short circuit current both experience gains with increased irradiance. The relatively low open circuit voltages of the naked reference cells may suggest that a relatively high fraction of incident light was obstructed by contacts and tabbing wire located on the cell surface.
