Evaluation of Alkali-Pretreated Soybean Straw for Lignocellulosic Bioethanol Production

Enzymatic saccharification of the alkali-treated soybean straw with 50 FPU of Cellic CTec2 cellulase loading per gram of the dry biomass. The enzymatic digestibility was calculated by the relative amount of glucose released from the content of glucan in the pretreated biomasses after enzyme reaction.
