In vitro solubilization (degelation) curves of Tetra-PEG hydrogels with crosslinks of different cleavage rates showing values (Table S1). Crosslink cleavage rate modulators are shown in the legend of the figure. The values were determined as an average of four replicates under accelerated conditions of pH 8.4, 9.0, or 9.4 at 37°C and converted to pH 7.4 values as described [11].
