JTAG chain for reconfiguration of the FPGAs on an FLC. In JTAG reconfiguration mode, each FPGA can be selected separately for a reconfiguration, whereas deselected FPGAs remain in normal operation mode. Reconfiguration of different FPGAs within the chain is sequential.
