All patients that had surgeries where the metastasis were not excised died () or were lost to followup (). (b) Patients had a higher probability of recurrence free survival if they presented with a single bone metastasis versus multiple bones (). Five of the 9 (56%) patients with single bone metastasis at presentation were alive at last followup, compared with 6 of 29 (21%) patients who presented with multiple bone metastasis.
