The Stratified Superconductivity in Ba0.6K0.4BiO3 Single Crystal: Direct Measurement of Energy Gap between Homo-, and Inhomogeneous States

Temperature dependence of sample resistances in magnetic field 270 Oe. Curve 1 corresponds to “large” current (100 mkA) through the single crystal sample and curve 2 to “small” current (10 mkA). Reentrance of resistive state on “small” current testifies S-like form of crystal’s VCC. On polycrystalline samples S-like VCC was also observed (the inset of Figure 4).
