Major criteria (2 or more highly indicative)
 Arterial rupture or intestinal, uterine rupture
 Extensive bruising
 Thin, translucent skin
 Characteristic facial appearance

Minor criteria
 Acrogeria
 Hypermobility of small joints (fingers)
 Tendon and muscle rupture
 Clubfoot
 Varicose veins of early onset
 Arteriovenous malformation
 Carotid-cavernous sinus fistula
 Pneumothorax or hemothorax
 Positive family history of sudden death
