Diversity indices: the highest large mammals Simpson’s (1-D) and Shannon-Weaver index of diversity was obtained in the intact moist Afromontane forest habitat (D = 5.434, H′ = 2.188), and the modified moist Afromontane forest habitat had the lowest diversity (D = 3.095, H′ = 1.373) (Table 4).
