Absorption spectra of the titration: (a) pH 5.0 (b) pH 7.2: a solution of 0.01 mM Hb (0.1 mL) in 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer, 7.2 or Sodium acetate buffer, pH 5.0, was titrated with different concentrations (0–0.748 mM) of H₂O_2, and spectrum readings were recorded at each titration point.
