Error distribution in selected aperture after optimization. Obviously, the maximum absolute error within the selected aperture is kept under 3.6°C. It reaches to its maximum in the area close to the heater. The error in the chamber area is well kept under 0.14°C. The chamber area is a rectangular area with 0.9 mm thickness and 1.5 mm diameter just on the left bottom corner of the selected aperture.
