Intelligent Modeling and Verification 2014

Description

In practical applications, system modeling tends to have many complex features and uncertainty influencing many important aspects and complications. It is often very difficult to construct an unchanging mathematical model. Intelligent Modeling is a prospective discipline merging mathematical approach and computer technology. It embeds new frontier sciences and technologies, such as neural networks, automatic modeling and verification, and computer calculating and simulation. Intelligent modeling has already been applied to many engineering fields.

With the rapid development of computer science and technology, a great deal of attention has been paid to improving accuracy and reliability for intelligent computing in recent years. We invite investigators to submit original research and review articles that demonstrate current research in areas of intelligent modeling, intelligent computing, and formal method. Original contributions related to this theme are especially solicited, including theories, methodologies, and applications. Topics covering industrial issues/applications and academic research into intelligent modeling will be welcome. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Uncertain systems modeling, data modeling, intelligent signal processing, and programming and computational methods
  • Intelligent computing, adaptive algorithm, genetic algorithms, and abstract and logic reasoning
  • Formal method, automatic verification, and model checking
