Study on Dicarboxylic Acids in Aerosol Samples with Capillary Electrophoresis

Electropherogram of standard after SPE. The standard mixture contained C4–C10, TCA, and nonidentified long-chain dicarboxylic acids (C12–C18). The analyses were performed with two replicates and six repetitions. Experimental conditions: 4 mM PDA + 0.5 mM MTAH, pH 11.0; indirect detection at 310/266 nm; sample injection for 6 sec at 50 mbar; separation voltage −24 kV; analysis time 5 min. DCAs marked in the figure as C4–C10. IS is the internal standard. After IS migrating peaks are C14–C18 DCAs. They were not included in the main study. Other experimental details in Experimental.
