Effect of EvaGreen concentration on of DNA duplex by HRM. DNA duplexes GC3/15 (a) or GC12/15 (b) of 1 μM were measured in the solution with 0.25x, 0.5x, 1x, 2x, or 5x EvaGreen, 10 mM phosphate (pH 7.4), and 100 mM NaCl. Comparisons were done using one-way ANOVA analysis; versus “0.05x” ().
