The reference HPLC published method used C18 (250 × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) column at 35°C, and the mobile phase composed of 15 mM phosphate buffer (pH 3.25) and acetonitrile using gradient elution at 1.1 mL·min−1 flow rate.
