The mobile phase: butanol (0.89–3.27 M; 8.14–30.00% v/v), 10% acetonitrile, 0.1144 M SDS, and aqueous buffer of pH 7.0 (0.88 mM of citric acid and 8.23 mM of disodium hydrogen phosphate). The stationary phase: HPTLC RP-18W. TLC: experiment time 20 min. PPEC: polarization voltage 800 V; experiment time 8 min.
