Comparative Pharmacokinetic Study of Three Major Bioactive Components in the Normal and Different Courses of Liver-Stagnation and Spleen-Deficiency Syndrome Depressive Rats after Intragastric Administration of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po Decoction

<div>The results of rat behavioral tests and biochemical analysis in week 9 (<i>n</i> = 6). The sucrose preference test (SPT) score (a), open-field test (OFT) score (b), and concentration of 5-HT in plasma (d) were lower, and the forced swimming test (FST) score (c) was higher in the CUMS group compared with the control group.
