Insulin-Like Growth Factor I Prevents Cellular Aging via Activation of Mitophagy

<div>PINK1 silencing blocked IGF-1-induced effect on cellular aging. P20 SMC was transfected with 5 nM PINK1 siRNA (black bars) or scrambled siRNA (control, grey bars), and after 48 hours, cells were exposed to IGF-1.
