Participants with a cognition impairment (MELBA SL Score . MELBA-SL is a profile to assess the work participation of people with impairments in Germany (see [96], available only in German; for an English summary, see [97]). MELBA-SL measures and classifies 29 different characteristics to evaluate the work ability of impaired persons. The MELBA-approach evaluates individual abilities with regard to requirements to a concrete work. Attributes are rated in MELBA are for instance attention, resolving problems, degree of empowerment, carefulness, reading, writing and so on.
