Learn to Make Decision with Small Data for Autonomous Driving: Deep Gaussian Process and Feedback Control

The framework of our solution: in each time step, the Torcs engine generates the vehicle state . The trained deep GP model maps the state into action at. After that, the action is refined by feedback control method , i.e., . Finally, the visual vehicle takes action . These procedures cycle until the vehicle finishes the single lap.
