This histogram shows the inhibition of carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats. The histogram is plotted between target compounds (4a–h) at 100 mg/kg, control, standard drug diclofenac sodium (10 mg/kg), on X axis, and reduction in paw volume on Y axis. Data has shown that the inhibition of paw edema significantly decreases by target compounds from control. Data are Mean ± S.E.M. indicates significant decrease in inflammation form control and indicates highly significant decrease, .
