Slopes correspond to the mean recovery 97.0% (S.D. = 2.4%) for retinol, 94.6% (S.D. = 1.7%) for  𝛼-tocopherol, 91.9% (S.D. 3.6%) for lycopene, and 93.9% (S.D. = 4.2%) for β-carotene.
