Effect of various preconcentration Cu(II) standards for the Acetabularia-CPE showing the (a) full range from 0.1 ppm to 50 ppm and (b) linear range from 0.4 ppm to 10 ppm. The CPE was accumulated for 1 minute followed by a deposition potential of −300 mV and a scan rate of 100 mV/s in 0.1 M KNO₃ electrolyte.
