The effects of accumulation time (1 to 5 minutes) for the Acetabularia-CPE in Cu(II) standard with concentrations of (a) 1, (b) 10, (c) 20, and (d) 50 ppm. The applied conditions were deposition potential of −300 mV and scan rate of 100 mV/s in 0.1 M KNO₃ electrolyte.
