Synthesis of -(3-Butyl-1-cyclohexyl-4-cyclohexylimino-azetidin-2-ylidene)-4-(13-methyl-17-oxo-7,8,9,11,12,13,14,15,16,17-decahydro-6H-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-3-yloxy)-benzamide (11). Reaction of 3 with 1-hexyne (8) and ,-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (9) to form 11. (vi) = methanol/dimethyl sulfoxide.
