Design and Synthesis of Two Oxazine Derivatives Using Several Strategies

Synthesis of N-1-[1,5-dimethyl-4-(1H-naphtho[1,2-e] oxazin-2-yl)-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-pyrazol-3-ylidene]-ethane-1,2-diamine (4). The first stage involves the reaction of naphthol (1) with 4-aminoantipyrine (2) to form the compound 1,5-dimethyl-4-(1H-naphtho[1,2,e] oxazin-2-(3H)-yl)-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one (3) in presence of formaldehyde (i). The second stage was achieved by the reaction of 3 with ethylenediamine (ii) to form 4.
