Pyrrolidone Modifying Gold Nanocatalysts for Enhanced Catalytic Activities in Aerobic Oxidation of Alcohols and Carbon Monoxide

conditions: 1 mmol of alcohol, 3 mL of toluene solvent, 5 bar of oxygen, 30 mg of catalyst, 100°C, 3 h; conditions: 1 mmol of alcohol, 3 mL of toluene solvent, 30 mg of catalyst, 80°C, 3 h; conditions: 1 mmol of alcohol, 3 mL of toluene solvent, 30 mg of catalyst, 100°C, 5 h; conditions: 1 mmol of alcohol, 3 mL of p-xylene solvent, 30 mg of catalyst, 120°C, 5 h;  mg of PVP was physically mixed with the catalysts;  mg of catalyst was used. The molar ratio of S/C (substrate/catalyst) is about 192;  mg of catalyst was used. The molar ratio of S/C (substrate/catalyst) is about 96;  mg of PVP was added;  mg of PVP was added.
