IC₅₀ values (μg/mL) for Eucalyptus bark inhibition of α-amylase (a) and α-glucosidase (b). The active phenolic fractions of Eucalyptus bark (EB-E-4, EB-E-5, and EB-E-7) were assayed at a range of concentrations (1.00~150.00 μg/mL). Acarbose was utilized as a positive control. RSD < 5%.
